The Co-Growth Community is WithSecure’s GTM enablement program for MSP partners. It combines training, go-to-market support, peer-to-peer learning, and co-sell resources to help partners grow their security business — whatever stage they’re at.

The program is designed for MSP partners at three stages: starters building a new security practice, transformers evolving an existing portfolio, and switchers moving from another vendor. Each track is structured to match your maturity level and goals.

Standard training focuses on products. The Co-Growth Community focuses on outcomes — helping you pitch, sell, and deliver security services that grow your revenue. It extends existing resources with hands-on sessions, peer coaching, and co-sell consultancy.

Membership is selective. We keep the community focused to ensure partners get genuine value from peer interactions, not just a large audience. Selected members are recognised and rewarded for active participation and certifications.

Access to the Co-Growth Community is included as part of your WithSecure partner relationship.

Each virtual session runs for 45–60 minutes and covers a specific GTM play — combining market context, a partner case study, practical frameworks, and open Q&A. Sessions are kept small to enable real conversation, not just broadcasting.

Virtual GTM community meetups run quarterly, focused on different plays (Proactive Security, Protective Security, SOC capabilities, and more). Community roundtables also run quarterly per territory and audience.

Yes. Regular in-person pitch and GTM trainings are delivered with and for partners across territories. Regional gatherings and the Cybermorning event also offer in-person opportunities.
